  • Download & Install PCO Check In App for Windows

    • Turn off Windows S Mode when prompted

  • Download & Install Drivers for Zebra GX420d Printer

    • Rename Printer to include the word “Zebra”

    • Go to Printer Properties->Printer Defaults->Set to CUTTER

      • Send Test Print to lock in settings to the printer

  • Download & Install QZ Tray for Zebra Printers
    (it may require you to also download and install Java. They will provide the link)

    • QZ Tray will prompt you to “Trust PCO” when you open the Check In App. Check the box for “remember my decision” and click Yes

    • Click the QZ Tray icon and set to “Start Automatically”

How to Install Printers at Vista

We have 2 printers at Vista.

Sharp MX3115 - Staff Printer in the open area. This is used for regular internal printing (receipts, checklists, email, etc)

Sharp 5070N - Large Printer for mass printing (curriculum, bulletins, booklets, etc)

Important Note: Please be sure to select BLACK AND WHITE (not default) when printing. Each color print cost .07 cents regardless of the amount of ink that you use. 


INSTALLING SHARP MX3115 (STAFF PRINTER ON MAC

1. Download Drivers  for Sharp MX3115N

2. Determine the Mac OS Version that you are running (Go to Apple Icon->"About This Mac")

3. Open the downloaded drivers zip file, find your Version Folder, and Install Driver.

4. Go to Apple->System Preferences->Printers & Scanners

5. Click the "+" to Add Printer

6. Click the IP Tab at the top (Very Important), fill in the settings below, click ADD

 Name the printer STAFF PRINTER, Location: Blank, Use: Should Auto-populate to "Sharp MX-3115n". Click ADD

7. Select the printer features listed below

INSTALLING SHARP MX5070N (BIG PRINTER) TO YOUR MAC

1. Download Drivers for Sharp MX5070N

2. Determine the Mac OS Version that you are running (Go to Apple Icon->"About This Mac")

3. Open the downloaded drivers zip file, find your Version Folder, and Install Driver.

4. Go to Apple->System Preferences->Printers & Scanners

5. Click the "+" to Add Printer

6. Click the IP Tab at the top (Very Important), fill in the settings below, click ADD
